How long does delivery take?

• Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 days, fully tracked. We'll send you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
• Larger or more fragile pieces are packed and shipped with extra care, so they can take a little longer. If you need timings for a specific item before you order, just ask.

How much is delivery?

• UK delivery is free on every order. We also ship worldwide free of charge — see our Delivery Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

• Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

How long do I have to return something?
