Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order, fully tracked. Most UK orders arrive within 3-5 days.

• Every order ships tracked, and we send you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel. If your tracking is not updating correctly, let us know and we will chase it up for you.
• Larger or more fragile pieces are packed and shipped with extra care, so they can take a little longer. If you need timings for a specific item before you order, just get in touch.
• If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

International delivery

We also ship worldwide, free of charge. Delivery times outside the UK vary by destination - email us at hello@hombe.co.uk before you order and we will give you an estimate for your country.
