Shipping policy

• All of our shipments are done via sustainable and eco-friendly solutions which means we often ship directly from our trusted suppliers abroad minimising environmental impact.
• Dispatch of our products happens within 1-7 days of orders being placed.
• Shipping times for smaller items generally take 1-3 weeks. We will provide tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you, if your tracking does not display correctly please do let us know and we will happily investigate and keep you up to date. In rare circumstances or for large fragile items shipping can take 3-6 weeks. If you have any queries regarding specific product shipping times please do get in touch. 
• If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will process a return or replacement.
• We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
