Refund policy

First off, as our customer your satisfaction is our priority, this is why we do our best to resolve any refunds and returns as swiftly as possible:

Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

We have a 14 day return policy. 

It is the responsibility of you our customer to inspect any goods on arrival and notify us of any defects or issues with your order within 48 hours.

If for whatever reason the product is damaged or defective in any way we'll be happy to refund you the full amount, we may ask you to provide us an image of the item in question and we will provide return address information-please note it is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay the return shipping. Once the item is received we will process your refund.  

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Please also keep the item in its original packaging without which we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once a return has been requested and initiated you will have a return window period, which you will be notified of, within which your goods need to be returned within. Failure to do so within this time frame will invalidate a return, exchange or refund.

Please note we source our products from a number of suppliers meaning certain returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once initiated.

If 14 days has passed since delivery we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

If your items are used or damaged in any way we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds are subject to the above conditions and subject to our discretion.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or discount code of the same value will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be issued the return information.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item to either us or one of our suppliers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once proof of delivery (POD) has been recorded by our delivery partners, we will consider the order as successfully delivered. As a result, we will not be able to offer a refund for such orders. It is important for customers to carefully review their order details, delivery address, and contact information before confirming their purchase.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
